The Reduction Counseling Project promotes the "110 Hualien County Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan " (hereinafter referred to as this project) , to handle the inspection and sampling of the listed enterprises within the jurisdiction of the county, and to guide its waste (sewage) water to meet the discharge water quality standards. This plan will strengthen the control, inspection, and functional evaluation of wastewater treatment facilities within the county's jurisdiction, so as to continuously strengthen the inspection, management, inspection, and treatment of water pollution sources that affect the water quality of river basins within the county's jurisdiction. In-depth inspection of facilities, inspection of water pollution fee collection objects, etc., to grasp whether there is illegal behavior at the pollution source and to curb it, and to recycle and reuse animal husbandry and livestock manure, biogas residue, and biogas slurry, thereby prompting them to actively carry out pollution improvement work.
